What You Should Know:
The TRC allows you to work in Poland under the specified conditions, and you cannot work for another employer based on this permit. Exceptions exist for permits issued to individuals exempt from the obligation to hold a work permit, such as graduates of Polish secondary schools, full-time higher education or doctoral studies at a Polish university.
Upon cessation of employment, it is your obligation to inform the voivode who issued the permit within 15 working days. If you wish to work for a different employer, a new application for a temporary residence and work permit is required. You can also apply to modify an existing permit, including a change of employer.
